   Purchase Cancellation and Refund Policy

- The cancellation of the Purchase and Reimbursement of the amounts paid and received for the products, when Casa del Agua has received them and the reason for the cancellation is or has had its origin in the quality or defects in the elaboration of these.

- The cancellation of the Purchase and Refund of the amounts received for the purchase of the products will be applicable, when the product has not been delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions established for such purposes.

- The cancellation of the Purchase and Reimbursement of the value of the products will not proceed if, once received, they do not present alterations of origin in their elaboration and production.

- The cancellation of the purchase and refund of the value of the products will not proceed if the products are cancelled during the shipping process.

- Casa del Agua reserves the right to cancel the purchase of the products, refunding the value of the same without additional compensation, when the cancellation of the sale of the same is attributable to the non-existence of stock of the requested product, delays or lack of raw material for its elaboration, due to shortages in the market of products related to the elaboration, distribution and sale of the same.

 Reimbursement Process:

Delays in Shipment:

 In some cases, shipments may be delayed due to conditions beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or logistical problems, for which Casa del Agua is not responsible.

Electronic Invoice.

Water House offers the service of Invoicing at the request of each User and only with respect to the sale of products, excluding commission, administrative, shipping and other costs that are determined by the e-commerce portal of third parties (Amazon).

For the issuance of the Invoice the User, may be requested within one month from the date of purchase by e-mail to the following address  comercial@casadelagua.com.mxin the body of the email the User shall provide the following information: 

  • Applicant's valid identification (Photo ID, Passport, Military ID and Professional ID). 

  • Tax identification number (R F C) of the person to whom the document is to be issued.

  • Receipt of payment of the purchase made.

  • Information of the payment method used (Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Deposit, others).

The User accepts that the information and fiscal data provided for the issuance of the Electronic Invoice, is correct and complete and for this reason is obliged to answer to House of Water about such information and/or the misuse that may be given to it, being obliged to keep the corresponding original document (purchase receipt and/or proof of payment) in case future clarifications are required.
